Please help! Saving thumbnail files from Capture One.

Hello! I've accidentally deleted my whole last photo session. :\ And the only material I have - the previews in C1. Are there any opportunities to save the thumbnail (preview) files from C1? They have enough resolution to work with. It'll be better than making screenshots of them. Thank you!

  HI
  If you have previews in Capture One, then go to Process Recipe.
  Choose JPEG QuickProof in format and process.
  This does not extract processing data from RAW file but rather do a preview conversion to a JPG format.
