Capture One Live missing selection after session expired

Hello everyone. I have a huge problem with capture one live. I shared some images with my client in 3 different sessions. Session 1 live expired and I forgot to resume sharing before that, is it possible it doesn’t not save the selection and I lost it? Come on, I’m paying for this and they are missing some basic functions. Not happy to tell my client I lost the selection, there were 3000 images! How it’s possible they don’t update the session automatically every time you open the software 😢 any solution? Thanks

  You must be on a Capture One Pro subscription (monthly, annual) or a Capture One Pro perpetual license. The software must be the latest major version available at the moment of purchase.

  Hi there, I am curious if you came up with a solution on this as I have ran into the same issue. Were you able to get any support from Capture One at all?
