What problem do you see this solving?

I thoroughly enjoy shooting tethered, and with the addition of the iPad app, this practice has truly been revolutionized. In my recent photoshoot, I configured the app to simultaneously save the raw files both on the CF card and the iPad. However, during the shoot, there was an instance where I had to disconnect the camera – either by removing the cable or simply turning it off to swap lenses.

Upon concluding the shoot, I came to the realization that the saving settings I had meticulously established at the beginning had inexplicably reverted to the default configuration. Consequently, I found myself in a situation where all the images were exclusively stored on the iPad, while only a limited number were present on the CF card due to my earlier disconnection of the camera from the app.

Hey Ugo Visciani, I agree with you, this is one of the current limitations of the app that has hit our users the hardest. We are working on it (for specific camera vendors at the moment, including yours) so I believe that you will have it very soon. Stay tuned. Is there any other setting that you would wish to persist apart form where the photos are saved?

for me ist would be perfect, if you save recepies for exporting files and the path in my onedrive
