Low kick Capture one
CaptureOne was deactivated, while I haven't changed anything. Interesting enough, when I try to go to purchase page it goes to error 404 page, nice work Capture one. Also when I try to connect to support it goes to page of Phaseone, what does this have to do with Capture one i am not sure. There isnt any phone number, at list i couldnt find. It felt like Capture one wants me out of my Grandfather plan I was on for $20. That really bad, people will see it and never going back to you. Now price for Canada is $34 for new members and thats just sad, while Adobe offers for $25 photoshop and Lightroom. I understand your product is well done and I agree with you but at least have a loyal old customers to keep their grandfather plans.

As this is a user forum, it's unlikely Capture One resp will read your complaint.
Did you find this announcement: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/11000412811293-Struggling-to-activate-16-2-Please-refer-to-our-New-License-model-and-make-sure-your-license-is-valid-for-this-version You might want to log in to your account and contact user support
I'm perpetual license owner since version 5.2.1
To be honest, I was not looking very deeply into the attempt to force me into their subscription model. Yesterday evening I clicked on the "check for updates" button in the menu and the download of 16.2.4.34 started with a couple of hiccups, server not found, page was flickering, I was prepared for "bad things to happen".
But the installer for the "1 month old version" (according to the release notes, should have been 16.2.3 but actually my license now shows 16.2.4 as "activated"). Have no clue what's really going on.

Moving to the Windows topic as this is not community related and is a payment issue.
