Problems of Installing
I just installed the latest Version 16.3
The computer crashes after a few seconds, when using AI masking tool.
I have disinstalled all earlier versions of CO.
Some bugs in the software????

I was using v23 on a perpetual licence and it was slow to load but got there after a few mins. I just changed to the annual subscription version and it takes 15 mins now to load!

I also was using a perpetual license (since version 6), but know the strange license policy alsmost forced me into the subscription.
I suppose as it is the first version of 16.3 there are still some heavy bugs.... I should have done as earlier and install the next version of 16.3.... 2 or so, to avoid these problems.
You see, the users are still some kind of test candidates, very very disappointing! That´s my only logical conclusion.

What does it mean "crashes'? If it was a BSOD followed by restart, it is hardware or driver problem of your machine. Some other possibilities, have you intentionally corrupted your Windows installation like this person?

I neither ever had problems with my hardware, nor did I ever change anything on my running Windows Installation.... Am I crazy to do so???
I just made the experience, that it´s always better to wait a couple of days until the second release of the software appears, where I suppose all bugs are really fixed

I sorted the 15 mins to load by downloading Webview2 directly from Microsoft. I do not use Edge at all and apparently from another post on your Support pages Capture One uses Webview2 to open the application. Since installing Webview2 Capture One now opens within seconds.
