Background Blur/Lens Blur like Lightroom

What problem do you see this solving?
With this I would like to isolate the subject more from the background.
e.g. I shoot with 85mm aperture 4 and want to simulate aperture 1.4...

you will need it by sport, portrait and also at landscape photography...

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I have it at Lightroom - it's very convenient

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
yes... a bit--- go a bit to minus on clarity, sharpening, contrast and structure... but that is not the same...
