OpenCL and Capture One 13.1
Dear support,
I'm having a big trouble with the last update of C1 and it's related to OpenCL I think.
In 'Preferences' panel of C1 I've this message:''Hardware Acceleration is not working'' and I can see it scrolling through photos of my sessions, that now is very laggy and put my processor up to 400/500% of usage with no reason. In the previous version (13.0.4) everything works great.
I'm working on a MBP '15 with Nvidia GT750M, i7 2,5Ghz quad-core, 16Gb Ram, macOS Catalina 10.15.4.
Thanks.

Dear FirstName LastName,
You would be better off addressing Support directly for a personal response by creating a "Request" using the "Submit a request" link found on many pages here. Bear in mind that this forum is intended mainly for User to User information exchange nt direct Support Team assistance.
https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
That way you will get a personal response that can guide you through the documentation to be found in the Support resource pages here or, if is becomes necessary, make some analysis from the several log files that C1 produces in order to ascertain what is going on in your system.

I also see this message "hardware acceleration is not working" on a MPB 15" late 2013 with the GT750M. May be is a problem with this graphic board. I had created a request.

Did you create a request?
I got an answer from the support that they have to look about this problem. When there will be a solution, no idea.0 -
New version fixed that on my side:
