Setting up hardware acceleration action stuck at 0% forever

Every time I open up C1  I get this action that loads on forever and makes zero progress
Here's what I have tried so far to fix it but none of them worked
-reinstall c1
-update graphics drivers (my nvidia graphics drivers are the latest version)
-disable and re-enable opencl hardware acceleration

can somebody teach me how to fix this? (C1 Pro Windows v13.1.1)
