Create a support case and provide support you key and we will check what you are entitled to.

Drew, I believe what you posted about no version 5 license keys being valid for version 6 is inaccurate unless I'm reading your post wrong. I did create a support case and they said that my original key should work. It does. My license did show that I had two free upgrades available.

I'm in the same boat. I should have two free upgrades left but I didn't even try to install 6.0 after reading Drew's post. I'm so excited about it I want to get on and have a go. I don't want to look at a trial if I'm going to be disappointed after! My life's already too complicated.

I'm pretty sure you're no longer entitled to "free upgrades". I recall when version 4 was introduced they announced that was going to be the final version for getting a free upgrade. From that point forward all upgrades were to be paid.

But some of us were able to trade-up from one of the older versions with an inclusive number of upgrades.

Anyway, I put in a support ticket and was told my key was good.

Just tried a batch-conversion in the 64 bit version and when I went back to see how it was going, it had finished. I didn't time it but it "felt" quicker.

There are some "unique" keys out there to be sure. My post is accurate for the overwhelming majority of key owners, but in your case it seems you can count yourself lucky. 😄
