Can't Deactivate License (unable to deactivate software on the server error)

First time I've seen this problem, but today I can't deactivate a copy of Capture One Pro 20.

This is fairly frustrating trying to move a seat around.  

Internet works fine at a plethora of sites (including this capture one forum that I'm using the same computer and internet access from).  

Anyone else had this issue?

  Do you get an error about verifying your user profile after entering you Account email address?
