I did not receive 20% discount when I tried to preorder capture One 2021 - paid full price

I followed a confusing set of instructions when trying to preorder capture one 2021 yesterday.I ended up downloading a "new" version of C1, when in fact it had the same build identifier of 13.1.3.9 and at the same time downloaded all of the same presets that I purchased 2 or 3 weeks ago. I did get notification of a new license key - the previous one no longer worked because of deactivation, but at least now I have a running version of C1. I ended up paying $317.69 (tax included) in stead of the $299 - 20% (tax not included).

Will you please refund my credit card the excess amount billed for the preorder, as preordering was the intent of my payment yesterday?

Will you please ensure and confirm I am on the list identifying the people the have preordered C1 2021 and confirm the purchase refund I overpaid?

Side note, but It's not the best practice to publish your license keys and phone # in a public forum. Just sayin...
