    This is a user-to-user support forum, you really ought to reconsider posting your personal information.

    That said, you can reset all your activations using the Phase One user portal, as detailed here:

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002467237-Deactivating-Capture-One

    Then just re-activate them on any machine you wish to use.

    You may want to edit out your email address and the Activation code.

    This is an open forum.

    A new disk will be interpreted as a new machine.

    NFGphoto's advice should allow you to de-activate the "old" device that was the machine with the failed disk drive.

    Or simply deactivate all machines and then re-activate if identifying which is which is difficult - as it can sometimes be.
