How do i upgrade from a Fuji license to full Capture One license ?
I just renewed my subscription about an month back, and want to upgrade my subscription so i can edit raw from all cameras.
I can't seem to find a way that is possible which is kind of strange..
I tried the ticket, but no answer, only a message telling mye that my case has ben resolved. But there where no answer in the reply, only a question to score the service.. (which i didn't received) so not very impressed about costumer service.

There seems to be no way to change a subscription from brand specific to the full camera version. There is a statement to this effect buried in one of their web pages. I too, find myself in the same position. I think this is preposterous that you cannot change a subscription...makes absolutely no sense to me. In my case, I realized after several hours of using the product that I needed the full subscription rather than just the Nikon subscription. I am working with my credit card company to get the charge removed and then I will think about getting the full subscription. No one from the Capture One company or their third party biller has responded to my request to delete the Nikon subscription that I just purchased two days ago. Customer service seems nowhere to be found. I am seriously reconsidering my choice of software based on this experience.

I'm wondering too how to upgrade from a Fuji based subscription to full version (all cameras). I first thought I might keep using Lightroom for editing my older Canon pictures. However, once I got used to Capture One I just can't go back any more. I'm just missing some of the Capture One functionality.
Any help from the support wold be greatly appreciated!
edit:
I actually found something on their support page: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002412757-How-to-upgrade-Capture-One-
see Case 2
So it seems like it's not possible. Probably would need to buy a new version and have the old one deactivated.0
