Canon Camera won't connect

Hi there,

Looking for some help! 

My Canon Camera won't connect when the teather cable is attached to both camera and Mac, is there anything else I need to do?

Any help would be appreciated!

  Same problem here, and this page helped:

  Make sure you check the two Security options they show:

  10. Grant Capture One proper accessibility and disk access in Apple System Preferences. Go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy. Unlock the window by clicking on the lock and entering your password. Then add Capture One by clicking the "+" button. Do this for both Accessibility and Full Disk Access options.

  ...and make sure you take cards out of the camera.

  Outside of that, it's a tether cable issue.
