C1 22 Wont open after 15.10

My C1 22 worked perfectly until now. I updated to 15.10 and now it won't open. It loads, and then the software wont open. I have tried an uninstall and a reinstall. I have tried a restart. Nothing is working. 

Please advise- I am running Windows 10

  Same for me. The splash windows shows but the app is not starting.

  If I remember correctly, it started loading, popped up some windows and then these windows remained inactive. But then I noticed that it opens a browser window as well (a new Tab in Chrome in my case), something like "What's new". I clicked on this browser tab, it said "Activation Complete" and everything started working.

  Sorry that I cannot be more specific, this is how I remember it. The important thing is that I had to do something in browser window, not in pop-up windows!

  No browser tab is opening for me.

  it didn't open automatically but there was the capture one window that shows that it's loading, and then there was another popup and i think it said "get started". once i clicked that, it opened the browswer and confirmed the update, and then the software itself actually opened.

  Ok my program does nothing. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstall...nothing. This is truly weird ive never had this issue before...ever.

  Then as a IT Tech, I would recommend to uninstall, restart your system if we're talking about Win10/win11, then update your win system and Java, then re-start one more time.
  After those are done, click onto Win key + R and type:
  %temp%    and delete all or almost all, as much as you can, restart your system and after restart, reinstall C1 as Admin (with right click onto install file).
  Then again, restart and try again if it's going to work.

  I hope this works.

  Cannot test it, I have C1 21 and am satisfied with.
