Capture One 21 Slow Start Up

I am running Windows 10 Pro with Capture One 21 (14.3.0.184).  When I start capture one 21 it display it's display and not show any thumbnail images for about 3 minutes.  After that it works fine.  This program use to come up and be ready to work in about 10-20 seconds not in 3-4 minutes.

  I opened ticket on support 3 weeks ago, received suggestion to try version 14.3.1, but problem was not solved yet. I am still waiting for another solution.
