Authenticating Capture One Pro 22.... Free Upgrade
Never mind...I fixed it myself. I deactivated the copy I had with my old Key, installed the newest and authenticated it with my new Key.. My copy says Capture One 22 .. and nothing about sony.
I just went through all the hoops to upgrade my version of COP22 for sony to just COP22 and I'm getting the authenticated screen on the web page, but I'm also getting a "that KEY is for someone else"! I can't authorize my copy??
I keep trying but it's a loop of the same thing over and over.
AND.. I deleted the COP22 for sony like the instructions told me to.. but my copy that I just installed says Capture One Pro (for sony) !!

THANK YOU!!! You have been a real live (and time) saver - the "deactivated the copy I had with my old Key" did the trick. Before, I was stuck with the "for Sony" and "key is for someone else" stuff as well - even after multiple re-installation and reboot cycles...
Should definitely be part of the migration guide!!!!

I cannot find the Capture One Pro upgrade for my Nikon Capture one. I validated my License and the only option is to upgrade to Capture one Pro for £199.00, I cannot find any free upgrade Whereabout is it?

I am using capture one 22 for Nikon. I had an email to update to the Pro version but I could not see any free download only paying one. i also observe that when i inputted my license, it recognised it but had Nikon capture one 20 instead of 22. Is this why I cannot find the free upgrade and have to pay instead. I my account it says capture one pro 22 which I bought. I did have capture one 20 with a different license but this license was for the nikon cpature one 22

I have the same issue as Gilbert (only difference is that I have the Fuji version)
I pre-upgraded to Capture 22 for Fuji (that is shown in my order history), but I cannot see anymore a license for Capture One 22 when I go to the "manage licenses" page.
When I try to do the free upgrade and use my current license, I only have the option to acquire a Capture One Pro license instead of getting the free upgrade as indicated in the email

You should have gotten an upgrade free coupon CODE with your email notice. Along with instructions on how to use it and get your new KEY.
When you sign in to download .. choose the $199.00 item, then post your coupon code using the blue link to submit a coupon discount etc. at the top of the billing pop up.. you don't fill out the billing info.. they already have that info when you bought your copy of COP(forNicon/Fuji)22 back in the Fall. You will get a new KEY, instantly and in email.

I just got confused because of the pricing on the upgrade and my rush going through the email instead of reading it properly.

Don't feel stupid! I've been upgrading and updating since version 12, and every single time there's a glitch, either in the instructions or the process........... but when all is installed and working, all is fine!

- hi- I managed to do it. I had to upgrade with the pricing and there is a space at the top with a coupon slot that had my email address in it. I deleted my email address and put my code and press apply and it worked.
