metadata not exporting to .psd files

When we process out .psd files, the metadata does not hold in keywords. I replicated the worksteps from the same session and got the same issue. I double-checked the settings to confirm that metadata was an export option. When we exported the same session as .jpg, it held the same metadata in keywords. I have also experienced the ratings drop when I plug in the session from a flash drive. When I restarted the computer, they appeared. I'm really disappointed in the updates as we are a large retail organization and it's thrown our schedules back and created double work. We are mandating not to use v22

Hi Graham,

We are having exactly the same problem. All other file formats are exporting metadata just not PSD's.. Im going to downgrade to 15.2 in the meantime as it doesn't seem to have this bug.
