Well as it turns out, the property is not available on exiftools so I did it via the filename which has the focus stacking property included. My filenames if stacked end like this _Focus Stacking1...

It seems like the Sequence ID is not available except for use as sorting order. However I can see it in the metadata panel.... Sequence ID seems to be a combination of Serial Number of the camera...
