Tool tabs missing?

Seems that I miss different tool tabs compared to newest user guide and different (this year) articles, e.g. the Details, b/w.

Where can I see the updated truth? Thx.

  Almost just downloaded trial version for Mac.15.4.1.7.

  I guess so, strange though that no updated info exists. New to the UI so just making sure I wasn't missing out on something.
