Jael. We did resolve it. It had something to do with having to update the camera firmware with the latest software from Capture One.

I have tried restarting, unplugging for a bit, the battery has been changed, etc, etc. Also tried resetting preferences to bring Capture One to a vanilla state. This did not help, either.

My camera is connected and I can use the remote shutter control. The shutter goes off and no image is imported in to Capture One. Nothing.

Not capturing images
I have recently upgraded to 16.3 and have a Canon EOS 7D tethered to my computer. I had no problems with the program for a day, then it stopped capturing images. I have gotten an error and an event...
