I'm a Windows 10 user. Just downloaded the new update and it installed over the existing file with not problem.

This is a user forum but for customer support "Submit a request" shown top right of this page. I found they replied pretty quick. :)

Same problem for me. The preferences have changed now and with the latest version. Any help appreciated as Affinity has disappeared. I too am using C1 20 Fuji(paid version).

Brilliant!Yes Windows is the same (top left New Folder).Even better if I highlight the folder and right click is shows add folder and takes me straight to the folder in explorer with New Folder top...
