I am a professional and I use Serif's Affinity Collection too!I have other issues with CO and I would like to see it going in these directionsand PNG is not among them.MARCO for PRESIDENT!

The way I understand it, CO is for photography.PNG is part of imagery, so, not its mission.

Though the Magic brush is quite useful,throwing away the PROCESS tool (gear) was not very clever!

Maybe a process recipe did not go along?Make sure you got one that is active with the chosen overlay.
