Crop yes, but not the other adjustments as they rely on different algorithms in LR vs. C1.To keep your crops, simply import your LR catalog.

In your process recipe, "Adjustments" tab, is the "Disable sharpening" box checked or not?

You could probably move them out of the Aperture catalog and then use the Locate… menu item in Capture One to tell it where they now are.
