I have open a support case, I don't have find where I can select the priority. I think I am not alone with this bug, every body with the last version of macOS are impacted.

Bonjour, Est ce que vous avez entré votre clé actuel ou la nouvelle ? J'ai eu un souci similaire lorsque j'ai précommandé la version 21, on m'a envoyé une nouvelle clé et je ne l'avais pas vu.

Hello, same problem and same workaround with Mac Pro 2013 / Capture 13.1.1 and Canon iPF Pro-1000 I think we need a bug fix.
