George and Francois, have you tried turning off hardware acceleration for both display and process? It worked for me. I also had issues exporting to jpeg where the focus mask obliterated the image...

Thanks for the idea Ramon. I turned off HW acceleration for both display AND processing. That seems to have fixed the issue exporting images. That should keep me working for now. Thank you! Jim
