OK as long as my catalog is not attached and the app is empty it will open and stay up. Now to attach catalog..

Totally crashes cant even open it. The only way it opens if I reset the application. Delete all the prefs and dissociate the catalog. Sent in at least 5 crashes before I gave up. Maybe i'll try ...

I find OpenCL set to 'Never" is better on a Mac. Mac implementation is janky at best for their native cards. So 3rd party cards don't seem to help OpenCL to me..
