I find OpenCL set to 'Never" is better on a Mac. Mac implementation is janky at best for their native cards. So 3rd party cards don't seem to help OpenCL to me..

Totally crashes cant even open it. The only way it opens if I reset the application. Delete all the prefs and dissociate the catalog. Sent in at least 5 crashes before I gave up. Maybe i'll try ...

Is your catalog file on the OS disk? I think I read a recommendation that the catalog file needs to be on the OS disk eg where C1P is installed. Also is the disk a SSD? Also I think there is a c...
