I cannot use any Canon camera with Capture 6 on an i7Macbook
Why is this? We just upgraded our user license from Capture 4 to 6 and now we cannot tether any Canon camera on our i7 Macbook Pro. Why is this? Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you, we will try this. Also we suspect it might have something to do with Bridge being open at the same time. So we might try with Bridge being closed.RegardsJohan

Thank you for your post. No we are not moving the files. We have just noticed that even when we are not renaming we still have this issue. Any ideas?Maybe its time to reinstall?Johan
