It process images at lower resolution than set resolution

i have a problem, when i process the images with 100% resolution (2296x3456), the file, when opened in photoshop or in windows preview, appears much smaller (1717x2872),. anyone knows what is happe...

i think your best choice is to do that as a batch in photoshop.........
