You have to activate under the dedicated Toll, e.g. Exposure, under the little downward arrow "Adjust selected Layer".After that everything works like charm. Same for Clarity and so on..

Just hit F10. Or in the Menu "Window/Viewer". Then move the window to the monitor of your choice.
