Are you on V8.3.3 ?Perhaps if you can't wait for support and you need to continue working ... I'd suggest that you consider downgrading to a previous version that will recognise your tethered Nikon...

P.s Downgraded from 8.3 eventually several versions later at 8.0 the problem appears to resolved 😎

I have just paid to upgrade from 7 to 8 and am regretting it straight away ... my settings did not actually migrate.The problem is C1 recognises the tethered Nikon camera but won't permit any captu...
