The users guides referenced in the link are not up to date, so keep that in mind as you use them. An example: the work file naming convention shown at the back of the user guide is no longer correct.

Perhaps my situation was somehow different from Al's, but I had the same problem, entered a case, and my upgrade number was corrected to \"5\" about a month ago. There is hope!

Thanks Keith. I will get rid of them. Is it a bug that they are not automatically cleaned out with the same rules that clean out the C1P files, and that they are not cleaned by the \"Clean Preview ...
