It's unclear to me how to access Fujifilm Raw Converter via my existing All-in-One subscription. Can someone provide some guidance on the steps I need to take to access Fujifilm Raw Converter?

I'm wondering what the point of the Fujifilm RAW Converter is since it's only available with the All in One Bundle offer for Fujifilm users? With the All in One Bundle you already have a license for Capture One Pro and that has all the features the Fujifilm RAW Converter has. I fail to see the benefit of this application.

You need to be more clear on how to get the license.
I was a CO user for many years, so now I cant activate a trial anymore. How do I get one?

I don't receive any emails with the Raw converter license even though I followed the procedure.

Hi, Denis. But how edit jpgs? Should I change something in the settings? Because jpg files are inactive for me, styles and editing don't work. Editing is inactive, I can't do anything in the adjustment panel.

    Hi Denis,
Regarding the following limitation: "Be aware that each license key permits only a single activation and can be used on one workstation."
Is it possible to transfer the license key to a new workstation (perhaps with a different operating system) and dismiss the old one?
    Thanks

It would seem to me that your original agreement with Fujifilm to provide RAF editing free the Fujifilm users has been trashed. You have made every attempt possible to prevent users accessing the Raw converter. Its almost impossible to find a key for the Raw product. Its also ridiculous to just support a single user activation. I need one on my laptop to work whilst travelling and a second for my desktop when working at home. I will raise complaint with Fujifilm, explaining your dreadful policies and service.

@Stuart Battersby I think like you. And you can't edit jpg yet, which is the most important thing in Fuji. Mention this to them too.

I'd like to report an issue that I find confusing. In the features table it's clear that the Levels and Curves Channels tool is not available. However, the Auto Adjust tool includes Levels as an option:

Using it does make a difference, but the changes that it makes cannot be inspected or changed. I think it would be clearer if the Levels option was not part of Auto Adjust at all.

    Oh, the greed!
The support is trying to hide the existence of Fuji raw converter?

I own perpetual license for CO 21. Need to open raw files from latest fuji. The support is upselling me on new purchase or subscription, and tells NOTHING about this raw converter for fuji.

By shier luck I somehow stumbled on the solution myself, the search did not even surface this article for me!
I found this article accidentally by prompt-hacking their ai-chatbot (hello stupid ai-hype train)! Ridiculous.

There is almost no difference between capture one that I’ve bought (v14.4) and the current one (16.4), except of shitty AI-select features that do not even work properly.

I see almost no work from capture one on making their product better, yet they try to milk more and more money out of users. Your app does not deserve a subscription. There is nothing except corporate greed to justify it.
