The Noticeboard is where we post service status updates — current incidents and planned maintenance — so you can see what's happening and follow it through to resolution.
What gets posted here
- Incidents — unplanned disruptions, outages, or degraded performance.
- Planned maintenance — scheduled work that may briefly affect availability.
- Service advisories — anything else affecting day-to-day use that's worth a heads-up.
Each item is a single article. As the situation changes, we update that same article rather than posting a new one, so the full history stays in one place.
How to read an item
Every article shows a coloured status badge at the top and a dated update log below it (newest first). The badge tells you where things stand right now:
- Logged We've recorded the issue and are about to look into it.
- Investigating We're actively diagnosing the cause.
- Mitigated Impact is reduced and a workaround may be available; a full fix is in progress.
- Fixed The underlying problem has been resolved.
- Released The fix is live for everyone; the item is closed and archived.
Looking for a bug?
Reproducible problems with specific features are tracked separately on the Bug Tracker, which uses the same status badges. The Noticeboard is for broader service status and announcements.
A note on the old Forum
The Noticeboard replaces our previous Forum thread, which has now been deprecated. Announcements and status updates that used to be posted in the Forum now live here as articles instead. If you're looking for something that was previously on the Forum, you'll find current and future updates on the Noticeboard.
