One spammer guy since 7 months !
There is one forum member since August last year (which is 7 months), he has 3 posts with spam links (all of them are spam posts).

Not sure if Keith R or @... has reported one of the spam posts but I suggest to the admins that they look also into the member profiles of such spammers (at least if they are reported) and take appropriate actions i.e. delete such guys.
Hopefully you or Zendesk will find a way to reduce these spam posts.

It doesn't seem to matter whether I flag the buggers up or not, BeO - the problem is the forum software (and its complete and utter lack of proper tools for flagging spam); and the fact that the mods seem to rely on users to track this crap down instead of being proactive about it.

Maybe it would be good if the software could distinguish two types of members, verified users who can add links but the others can't. When registrating, the users can authenticate using the C1 license key then they are verified users. No spammer would pay the price for a sub or lic for C1 just to add some spamming links.

A simple "report spam" button (and appropriate action taken by the mods as a result of its use) would be enough for me - the current situation is ridiculous, and massively impacts on the user experience.
Adding asinine gimmicks like pointless "Top Commenter" icons (which, the way things are currently, this spammer could probably get!) doesn't help at all.
