capture one 20 right click on tools (like crop) doesn't show options

does anybody know how to resolve this?

I use Logitech mx master 3s for Mac mouse, right click on cropping tool does not show the options like aspect ratio.

it seems like if I wait while hovering over it, sometimes it shows me the options. its really strange. 

help please!
