C1 23 shuts down with authentication issues SOLVED

ever since i upgraded to V23, 4 weeks ago i've had trouble with authentication when opening C1, it hung on the 1st window, waiting for the code window, sometimes saying "an errror accured, try again later", if i got it open it would then shut down quite promply!, I have seen these problems from other users. i raised a ticket and there reply was my network was slowing things down, after many hours surfing the web, i came across a youtube video showing a usb wifi dongle doubling his mps in status window, so today my new dongle arrived and was swiftly sorted, and OMG it has upped my mps from 72 to 130-140, and guess what my V23 now works. Please check the license in help, if it takes too long to show activations it wont work, it times out, mine now gets the info in 5 seconds. i have put this down capture one doing more to check registration info and cheep wifi dongle on some motherboards, as my newer laptop shows the same problem.
