Server Issue
So... After today's incident where some pros on a tight time frame couldn't work...
Might be time to rethink your authentication processes.
For the small % of potential pirates (these people will always figure out a way to do it regardless), you're costing a larger % the ability to work.
I saw on Instagram, some working pros doing fashion work were not able to log in!
Understandable these things happen, but we need redundancies. I can't imagine how embarrassing this was as a creator, trying to explain this to a client.

Hi James Quinn
First of all, you're right. This kind of thing shouldn't be happening and it definitely shouldn't be preventing people from working. My understanding is that you should have been OK if you had authenticated your license within 30 days of this outage happening, but I will get that clarified. I will also forward your post on to the web/platform team (as this is a user to user forum, they won't see it) - hope that's ok.
Outages like this will hopefully one day be a thing of the past, along with the way licenses are handled in general. We want to make it as easy as possible to log-in and stay logged-in and activated, so we take all of this feedback on board.
Thank you.
