Import settings to replicate Fuji B&W jpeg

I shoot with my Fuji x100T in B&W (raw). When importing the raw files to capture one, they revert to colour, and of course look rather flat being raw files. Is there an easy way to convert them to mono on import? I don't think my Fuji's film simulations are replicated in capture one (my camera is too old). Has anyone ever devised a recipe of settings that can also be applied (ideally on import) so I get close to the fuji film simulations?

I should probably be brave and shoot jpeg in camera, but I'm a bit old school and convinced I may need the raw data one day!
