Has the lens movement coordinate system changed?

I have taken a picture with the lens shifted 16mm upwards. I used to enter y=16mm regardless of landscape or portrait mode. In Capture One 23 Build 16.1.3.1223 for Windows I have to enter x=-16mm for portrait mode images and y=16mm for landscape mode images.  Previously imported images do not seem to be affected.
