I v-can't use Captureone anymore after the latest upgrade to 16.2.
I upgraded my CaptureOne to the latest version 16.2 and after installation I get a 'lets get started' screen. I click it, it brings me to the authentication page, I authenticate successfully and then when I go back to capture One Pro application, I still see the 'lets get started' screen with the message: an error occurred. Please try again later.
I urgently need to deliver photos to my customers but I am completely blocked. I also tried to install the before last vrsion (.1.3) but the same result.
Can anybody help me (because Capture one apparently can't solve my problem?

I am having this same issue. Sometimes it hangs on the "Let's Get Started" screen, sometimes it shows the error, sometimes it moves to the "activate your license" screen even though its already been activated and then I get an error once I put my license key in.
