Enable ability to change the background colors of the UI, not just the Viewer/Browser background

What problem do you see this solving?
I know I'm not the only one having this problem. It is almost impossible to see the vertical scrollbars and where they are along the sides, especially the one on the right side of the window. Frequently I end up clicking a scrollbar of a window behind CO. Turning orange when mouse held down doesn't help, since you have to find it in the first place. 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Always, every time I try to navigate.

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
