Adjustment Previews Are Now Pretty Laggy on 16.2

On the previous version, scrolling and making adjustments to any parameter used to be instant, now it's sluggish.

What happened dudes? It specifically said it was faster in this version for the release notes, but it went from instant to about .5 seconds

it doesnt sound like much, but this does add up over time
