Forçando o Fechamento insistentemente

Tenho enfrentado um problema durante minhas sessões que é: o Capture One Pro (v.16.2) fica pedindo para Forçar Fechamento e não volta, sendo necessário forçar o desligamento do computador.

Meu laptop é um Macbook Pro 14 com 1T SSD e 16G RAM.

    Have you tried closing other applications (Spotify is mentioned here)? Have you tried restarting the computer?
