problem exporting multiple images/one file format in CO 23

We've been using CO for many years now, on multiple workstations. So we are pretty familiar with the software. Until recently, where for some unknown reason, we aren't able to export a range of multiple files in one go. When selecting a couple of images and Exporting them to i.e a Tiff-format, we end up with a button that will export just 1 image. What's the trick here? We've checked all possible items that could possibly inflict the situation...

See the screendump: on the most righthand side you can see several images that were selected for export, with next to it the only image that will be exported.

What's going wrong here? Where is the secret icon to hit?

please help us out!

    This one?

    I can't see whether it is on your toolbar, but (a) you can add it, or (b) you can go to the Image menu and ensure that Edit All Selected Variants is checked.
