Is the Include Subfolders checkbox in the import window selected?

Hi Ian, it doenst make a differnence if selected or not. I've tried both.

In the meantime I updated windows and also the graphics driver. Still the same issue.

The folder is full of files and they can be opened (not corrupted).

Have you checked View->Global Filters->Always Hide Raw (if it still exists)?

Yes, I've tried that as well with no success.

I can download both jpegs and RAF files from my Fujifilm X100V but only jpegs from my FujiFilm X1006

Do you mean the X100VI? It is only supported by Capture One from version 16.3.6 onwards. See the list here.

    Thanks Ian

If I were to buy the most up-to-date version of Capture One would it process the raw files from older Fuji Film cameras such as the XE1 and XT3 and X100V ?

Yes it would. Updated versions add new cameras, but they don't take away older ones, and all the three you mentioned are included in the cameras listed in my up to date version of Capture One.
