Reactivation issue
I needed to delete a defunct computer from my activations. Not sure of the number assigned to that company, I reset activations on all computers and tried to reactivate the 2 that I want. I get an error message preventing me from opening the application “Your Capture one subscription appears to be invalid”. My subscription is current, paid up and says I have 3 activations remaining. Anyone have this issue previously or any thoughts while I’m waiting for support to respond?
