Anyone else unable to upgrade to All in One?
This is bizarre
I am trying to upgrade to the all in one package from C1 Pro so that I can use C1 for iPad. There is an interim payment to be made, no problem but the process tells me that there is a problem with my billing info. Hmmm.. capture one subs are taken every month using these details but…I added a new debit card and made it the default payment method. Same problem.
Anyone else experienced this?
