Green overlay on export with error message: UNIQUE constraint failed: ZPROCESSHISTORY.Z_PK (UNIQUE constraint failed: ZPROCESSHISTORY.Z_PK)

The following error appears when I try and export my images:UNIQUE constraint failed: ZPROCESSHISTORY.Z_PK (UNIQUE constraint failed: ZPROCESSHISTORY.Z_PK)

The images export with a green overlay and the images left on the screen have this overlay. I have tried to go into adjustments but as soon as I click onto that it crashes Capture One and chucks me out and now I can't process any file.     This sounds like bug, not a problem other users could solve. Unless there is a response from another user who has seen this and resolved it, you should submit a request  using the link next to your login name at the top right of the window with the list of user posts (Request Support).
